A career educator with a growth mindset and passion for learning, Zaimah is an expert in problem-solving, change management, and emotional intelligence. She possesses strong leadership and communication skills and has worked extensively with individuals from multi-ethnic, multicultural, and multi-generational backgrounds.
Zaimah is a certified change management practitioner and has completed extensive training in the foundational and relationship skills of emotional intelligence based on the work of Daniel Goleman. Zaimah has taught in higher education, delivered training on a variety of leadership topics, and designed curricula for more than 13 years. Most recently, she also was a consultant for the Association for Talent Development. Zaimah possesses her M.Ed. in instructional design.
