Founded and launched by Annette Y. Harris in 2013, Washington DC-based ShowUp! has become a go-to for executives, entrepreneurs, politicians, and other professionals that are committed to SHOWING UP as leaders and achieving the successes they deserve. Our Team

The ShowUp! Alliance is an elite team of training and coaching professionals committed to understanding the vision, needs, and goals of our individual and our corporate and group customers and then mapping a customized program or curriculum to execute impactful training and coaching solutions.

The ShowUp! Alliance Leadership Team spearheads our program strategy and design, helps cultivate customer relationships, and coordinates the efforts for our cadre of exceptional trainers and coaches that we deploy to serve our clients.
